We want you to love what you ordered! Please note the following:

No returns or exchanges after the courier leaves. Once our courier has left, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges — no exceptions.

What to do upon delivery: When your order arrives, please inspect your items in front of the courier before they leave. Check the following:

• ✅ Item condition & quality

If there is an issue with the size or item condition, you may request an exchange or return on the spot while the courier is still present.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and no further claims can be made.
